TQM CDMX

TQM CDMX is a love letter to Mexico City, told through the eyes of someone who has always understood home as something found in motion. Born in Peru, raised in Miami, and now splitting my time between Miami and CDMX, I've come to recognize cities through the lens of migration, adaptation, and the quiet negotiations of belonging. TQM — short for Te Quiero Mucho — is how we text "I love you" casually, but it carries real weight, and that's exactly how I feel about this city. Coming from Peru's layered traditions and growing up in Miami's diaspora, I see in CDMX both deep ancestral roots and constant reinvention. This evolving archive captures tenderness, resistance and pushback against the narrative that flattens this city into headlines of danger — because the people who live here aren't spectacles of risk, they're caretakers of culture, memory, and joy.
