For The Information's Show Us Everything. A Weekend column in which company founders open the door on their daily routines. I photographed Lucy Guo in Miami. Guo is the founder of Passes and a co-founder of Scale AI, and the city she's built her life around runs at her pace, which is to say: very fast. The piece opens at Barry's Bootcamp at 8 a.m. and moves through Guo's Miami the way she does — by Ferrari, by morning miles (she runs a 4:50, near the threshold of competitive distance running), by the choreography of a life lived publicly and on her own terms. The assignment was to make portraits of a founder who knows exactly how she wants to be seen, and to find the moments inside the performance that read as the person.
